The Belief Program

The Belief Program is a specially designed program to address barriers to employment, retention, and job advancement that affect many opportunity youth from marginalized communities.

Our program consists of gamified interactive social emotional learning curriculum, virtual reality role-playing, and practice job interviews through our virtual human training agent. 

Our program allows participants to develop: self-awareness, emotional regulation, conflict resolution skills, identify personal strengths, self-advocate, and respond appropriately to situational interview questions.
